  • US overall RevPAR down 83.6% year-on-year, following a drop of 81.6% in the previous week
  • RevPAR trends by category - chains:
    • Luxury -95.2%
    • Upper Upscale -94.6%
    • Upscale -86.1%
    • Upper Midscale -81.6%
    • Midscale -68.5%
    • Economy -49.7%
  • RevPAR trend within Upscale and Luxury:
    • Transient -94.9%
    • Group -96.6%
  • RevPAR trend - independent: -81.9%

Top 5 city markets:

  • Boston -92.4%
  • Chicago -90.0%
  • Washington DC -89.5%
  • NYC -85.7%
  • Los Angeles -85.1%
