Norwegian Air 6 December 2016

Following years of delays and protests by US aviation interests, the US DOT has approved a foreign-carrier permit for Norwegian Air, enabling it to provide EU-US services.

Cork-Logan service will begin in summer 2017, and Norwegian plans to add more US services from Cork and Shannon in the future.

$69 one-way fares are rumored.
