Bay Ferries

Although the 30 November deadline for Bay Ferries to renew its Portland terminal lease has now passed, we haven't heard anything yet about a finalization of the lease the Town of Bar Harbor has offered the line for 2019. The deal with Bar Harbor is contingent on the Town making $3M in improvements to its facility for the 2019 season.

Window of opportunity for that to get done is now pretty narrow.
