Shortlisted cities selected from 35 applicants in 17 countries are: Bratislava, Breda, Bremerhaven, Gothenburg, Karlsruhe, Ljubljana, Malaga, Nice, Ravenna and Torino.
Helsinki and Lyon jointly hold the titles of European Capitals of Smart Tourism in 2019.
