City of Portland

Amendments that Councilor Kim Cook has proposed to Portland's short-term-rental ordinance would cap at 300 rental units that are not the owner's primary residence, limit unit numbers by neighborhood, permit only one unit registration per owner per year, and tighten registration requirements.

The Housing Committee will accept public comment at its next meeting on 11 October.
