Currently the European Regional Development Fund [ERDF] is providing 2014-2020 funding of 208M GBP under the EU's PEACE Program in Northern Ireland and the 6 contiguous counties of the Republic.

Both EU Brexit chief negotiator Michel Barnier and UK PM Theresa May have said this funding should continue.

But the ERDF falls under the jurisdiction of the European Court of Justice (ECJ), ans Mrs. May has said that post-Brexit the UK will no longer recognize the authority of the ECJ.

Which leaves the issue of continued ERDF funding to Northern Ireland unresolved.
