Tourism Ireland has set a tourism revenue target of 6B euro for 2018 - up 5% from record-breaking 2017.

USA is a priority target for 2018, as is Germany - countries whose currencies are stronger than the GBP.

New Cathay Pacific service from Hong Kong to begin in June is a very important development for Irish tourism.

And worldwide release of the latest Star Wars film shot at Skellig Michael certainly doesn't hurt.
