"Ireland's Hidden Heartlands" is Failte Ireland's new brand for midlands/Shannon tourism, launched in April 2018. The brand is intended to encompass parts of Ireland not included in "Ireland's Ancient East" or the "Wild Atlantic Way."

As part of the research that went into the branding, FI surveyed over 10,000 visitors.

Kelly claims overwhelmingly positive from regional businesses and trade.
