Korean Air launches non-stop Seoul - Boston service

On 12 April 2019 Korean Air began 5/week flights from Seoul Inchon to Boston Logan using its new Boeing 737-9 aircraft.

Service is part of a joint venture between Korean Air and Delta.

Boston Logan has provided Korean Air with an incentive package including $350K for marketing and $630K in waived landing fees to 2021.

In 2017, South Korea was the #6 US international tourism market in terms of visitation (2.3M) and #8 in terms of spend ($10.1B).
