Per media release from US BLS on Friday, in April 2019 the USA gained 263,000 nonfarm jobs and the unemployment rate dropped by 0.2% to 3.6%. - the lowest since December 1969.

Biggest job gains came in professional and business services, construction, health care and social assistance.

Employment in leisure and hospitality remained essentially flat.

Average hourly earnings for all private nonfarm employees rose by $0.06 to $27.77.
