CT Gov. Lamont launches $1.4M 'Full Color Connecticut' fall tourism campaign

The "Full Color Connecticut" campaign is intended to promote safe travel while boosting the recovery of the state's tourism industry's from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

At a planned spend of $1.4M, budget for the new campaign is about 3X that usually allocated to CT fall tourism promotion. This expanded budget is expected to enable the campaign to reach 33% of the state's tourism prospects in CT, MA, NY and RI.

The campaign is planned to be run through 20 November 2021 featuring tourism businesses statewide and using media including network and streaming TV, billboards, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat), paid search, sponsored content, PR and e-mail, in addition to new material on CTVisit.com.
