Canadian LCC WestJet began daily nonstop Halifax YHZ to Paris CDG flights using Boeing 737 MAX aircraft on 31 May 2018, scheduled to continue through 21 October.

WestJet says the new flights are timed (depart Halifax at 1055 PM, depart Paris 1120 AM) to be convenient to Canadian connections to Halifax, and to AirFrance-KLM codeshare flights originating from CDG.

So: good tourism opportunities for both Halifax/Nova Scotia/Canada and Paris/France/Europe.
