Nova Scotia's Digital Marketing and Inspiring Content programs help tourism businesses with digital, search, video and social-media advertising and marketing. The province matched dollar-for-dollar $523,467 in investment by around 30 participating businesses in 2017.

I hope some ROI figures will be forthcoming for some of these projects.
